All pricing is quoted in USD, FOB origin (Singapore or Malaysia). Lead times and Incoterms are confirmed at quotation stage.
Pricing Structure
We do not publish fixed price lists because B2B ingredient pricing depends on order volume, packaging specification, contract length, and current commodity inputs. What we can confirm:
- Volume discounts apply — pricing improves materially at 500 kg+ for powder and 500 L+ for oil.
- Spot orders and recurring contracts are both available. Contracted supply locks in price for 6 or 12 months.
- Sample quantities (typically 1 kg powder / 1 L oil) are available prior to placing a commercial order. Request via the sample form.
- Private label runs include formulation review, label artwork guidance, and regulatory documentation support at no additional charge for orders above the private label MOQ.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order below the stated MOQ for a trial run?
For genuine new customer trials we are flexible on MOQ for a first order. Contact us with your intended use and volume — we evaluate on a case-by-case basis. The stated MOQs represent standard commercial production runs.
Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?
Our standard Incoterms are FOB Singapore or FOB Malaysia. We can arrange DDP or DAP to major ports in the US, EU, Australia, and Southeast Asia for qualified buyers. This is confirmed at the quotation stage.
What documents are supplied with each shipment?
Standard shipment documentation includes: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Origin, Organic Transaction Certificate (OTC) for organic orders, Phytosanitary Certificate if required by destination, and a commercial invoice. Additional regulatory documentation (MSDS, Allergen Declaration, Heavy Metal Report) is available on request.
